Intellectual Property Theft

Syndicates set up to steal other people's technical and technological innovations are formed around young men at school and university by priests, doctors, lawyers, soldiers, sporting organisations, politicians, gambling family members and mafiosi like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs when their victim has a good education and is naturally talented . A mafia of acquaintances, casual and semi-permanent,family and otherwise, brutally  exploit their victims. The corporate entities involved refuse to pay  real technical innovators what they are owed under copyright and patent law. 

In Fermanagh the FBI agent,Noel Maguire, and the FBI priest,J. Mc V., initiated this terrorist campaign in my instance in 1977.

 They acted on behalf of the Irish Government and US State Department and a syndicate of businessmen,local, English,Irish and American.

The only protections in these instances of theft from myself which prefaced a police-medical terror campaign of arrest, imprisonment and brutality were provided by trade unions, honest lawyers,the decent policeman and a good politician.

The internet and information technology are stolen technical  innovations and purloined intellectual property. It occurs to me that the US is no more the proprietor of its IT and "inventions" than Ancient Rome was of the water wheel or Nazi Germany of the 'Enigma' machine. Those are regimes matched in barbarism.

How does a computer interface work?

Left-right, right-left;up-down,down-up; the 3-dimensional hologram expanding to the multi-facetted,multi-dimensional,multi-choice option ("the multi-choice question and a finite existence mediated by the principle of infinity i.e.the endlessness of time... if you can imagine the model of a chemical element as used in chemistry class at school except that it goes on endlessly and has parts missing....in and out and round about" (1986,Labour Law tutorials,QUB),the (e-mail) address and unique "keyword"  (password); the use of numerical and letter-based coding or a mixture of both and immensely more important the digitalised dual alternating locking gears;the projection of "icons" onto a flat glass screen by a battery-powered laser diffracted through a crystal of silicone on a handheld mobile phone (" the multi-filament fly's eye" model); use of "geo- satellite positioning (" Satellites already circumnavigate the globe ")(1986) which can be monitored by the police even when switched off so as "to aid the prevention of crime and assist the apprehension of offenders and their conviction by the police"; "touchscreen" technology on "mobile" phones; File-Format-Edit ("the basis of human thought") and "Copy and Paste" ("a standard typographical technique")..."Apart from that it's not very complicated..."

Forget Bernaers-Lee,Gates and Jobs...they came up with nothing... The Digital Age is based on a first class knowledge of logic,philosophy and comparative technique,most of it exclusively English (and that means English,not British)...and not even Bernaers-Lee claims that he came up with the internet...

Since I have not been paid for the invention of the narrow-axle street-cleaner by Scarab Merlin,the telescopic hoist vehicle (Teleporter) manufactured in England,the range of mini-diggers with mechanical shovel by JCB and Hitachi,the all-in-one roadmender vehicle by Pierce of Wexford,the B-Klasse Mercedes in 1600 cc and 2200 cc,the longer-wheelbase General Motors Corsa, the handheld grinder jaw-machine for preparing damaged concrete staircases for repair, the triple- and multiple -feed,radar-guided naval machine guns by Oerlikon and the Volvo safety-cage,I surrender all my intellectual property rights to those innovations to everyone and anyone who wants to use them.

Since no associate or former law student at Queen's University Belfast has come forward to corroborate my allegations that the greater part of these inventions were stolen by PSNI/IRA admirers of Swedish Wonderboys and the Irish and American governments and by the Northern Ireland Police Authority, I leave the use of my inventions saor in aisce to anyone who wants to use them.

Likewise,the ideas for information technology stolen by the United States State Department are free to be used by anyone who wants them. Any property rights in encryption,the internet or the basics of the software currently in use certainly does not belong to Google, Microsoft and Apple. Anyone has a right to use them. The US government poisoned me with Chlenbuterol, amphetamines and cocaine as "payment". The US is a country which never had its head properly screwed on. The US hasn't invented anything since 1934. Its best days are in the past and the problem there is like all countries at a certain stage of development, schizoaffective women spies and psychotic secret policemen.

Internet developments. Encryption

The dual alternating system of encryption has given way to the Carousel Model (the "autonome").

In the software's ambiguities such as "Save ," or "Ok",by "Okay" is meant much more accurately delete changes. We see,here, a disambiguation which finds its best formulation in "Everything turns into its opposite" (Karl Marx) . There are many more anachronistic pieces of this twisted, contradictory, contorted, contrarian logical outworking of Scottish Presbyterian  reasoning. 

That makes  accessing the internet a skill,albeit a simple skill.

Students and scholars,take note! Broaching innovations in tutorials or class. My experience of broaching technical ideas at university..

Tutors do not like to hear modernities and non-germane matters discussed in tutorial groups or class. They have their own views. Some tutors are nationalists,some are conservatives and some of them are anxious about speaking in public of their views.

How much did Apple Ireland Plc and Microsoft/Digital and Intel/Amersham/AMD profit by?

In the case of the Southern government,it profitted from intellectual property theft in my instance to the value of € 18.3 billions  (November 2019) and left me to starve in a Parisian night shelter. George Redmond and Albert Reynolds were the ringleaders for those who threw me out of my flat. Yesterday's men!

Steve Jobs? A get-rich-quick type in a company of get-rich-quick scientists and thieves from a state and country which is past its best.

Invasive parasites?

Hooligans and thugs who are sent here by the U S government are a type of free-living space cadet who their own countries and those çountries to which they go,ask to leave.

Always the most perverse of people,the English and Scots ask them to stay and award them salaries and pensions for twiddling their thumbs. Their children are expected to serve in the government in surreptitious roles, sometimes well-paid but usually unremunerated.

Minor players?

The little 'players' in this country who deal in other people's ideas and livelihoods as theirs are the Communist Party of Ireland, Sinn Fein and the Irish Labour Party. These people stake a claim on others creativity through the lower courts but always fall at the first hurdle when brought before the High Courts in Belfast or Dublin. It is then that these people resort to brutality and force in association with people such as O Brien, Cahill, Kiernan,Keenan, Johnston and others,too numerous to mention.

Let me be crystal clear- I do not have any property rights in the use of digitalised "dichotomous ambiguity" encryption. I merely adapted the Polish invention in the Enigma machine to digital radio transistors and radio communication,and,it must be said the receiver and transmitter walkie-talkie of US invention was a long neglected invention given new life by the mobile telephone (Die ,,Handy").

In addition to the listed innovations,I am the inventor of the dual-fuel cell hydrogen-electric motor idea and carbon composite aircraft wings.

I also invented the working artificial limb before I left university.

This invention is based on the concept that the brain sends an electric signal to the limbs which can be tapped into by an electronically-operated carbon composite lightweight limb to restore a natural debility caused by the loss of a limb.

The aim is as ever,as St Paul wrote,to aim for perfection and correct the deficiencies left behind by illnesses such as meningitis or road accidents.

Why can one be so sure that File-Format-Edit is my invention?

I shall explain it to dimwits.

File. A traumatised mind consigns traumatic memories and experiences to forgetfulness.

Format. While in the dustbin of the mind or 'filing cabinet',the mind sorts them into order and sequence and category.

Edit. While stacked away,the mind unconsciously edits out the abstruse and dramatic and pops up a sanitised version to the living consciousness.

Therefore,we say,this invention is the product of the probing of an intelligent mind into fading and illucid experience and reminisce in order to come to terms with the uncomfortable in human consciousness based on life experience insofar as that mind can exercise its power over the unconscious mind.

I reiterate in the light of recent US blackballing of Samsung,Google, Huawei and others that the concept of File-Format-Edit does not belong to Microsoft or Apple Inc., the latter the beneficiary of US Military Intelligence plans to "grow the Irish economy"  no more than the idea to adapt Copy and Paste to the internet. I am the inventor of the designs in question and I shall decide what use they are put to by whoever.

Because "reward" came in the form of hospital confinement,medical-political blacklisting and poisoning and because of forty years of denial of rights before the courts by the judicial -police-legal clique,I SURRENDER my property rights to my adaptations and designs.

2009 political submissions to Sinn Fein (7/3/17)

In September 2009 in a written teleological set of political proposals in seven parts which I submitted to Sinn Fein regarding elections (2011-2021) and subsequently sold by Sean Lynch and Debbie Coyle to the British and US governments,I argued for quantitative easing and deflation. This was the main thrust of Sinn Fein policies in the South in 2010-2011.

The reduction of inflated values in house prices, salaries and prices is usually matched by an increase in purchasing power and economic competitvity.

Money should be allowed to shake off the noose of inflationary values.

I remain true to the core principles of those views. Note the accelerating over-valuation of houses in the South. Relative wage nflation increases real income differentials, undermines the living standards of the working class and poor and leads to a vast accumulation of debt and wealth. It leads to a staggering wealth gap, in fact,which bears down on the dirt-poor with unbearable pressure.

How have the cheapskate financiers at the European Central Bank and Central Bank re-financed the European and Irish economies?

By what they call subordinated debt,"subordinated debt certificates" and " guaranteed bonds" and the Irish by the buying out of bankrupt building contractors,banks and property estate speculators...the sale of the latter turned out to be an even, non-profit cash sale to the building industry and futures market.

However,it is in "subordinated debt"  that the key lies. This feature of the banks'  recovery marks the eclipse of Government as government or State. This "subordinated debt " is the after-birth of neo-liberalism because it establishes the primacy of corporate and clearinghouse and private lending over the National Debt or a government property-holding company. The Department of Finance took the risk of issuing private creditor bonds at 8% ( Republic of Ireland) and the banks in Northern Ireland 10% ( Northern Ireland) indicating that 80% of the National Debt is to the European Union,the real net extent of loss from the 2009-2011 Irish financial crisis requiring outside finance being £12 billions not the € 88-125 billions of the Communist Party of Ireland's imaginative fantasies. The resultant transititory debt is £68 billion.

Basta? Satt? Enough said?

Stagflation?

We now hear talk of a combination of low economic growth and high inflation in Europe.

How is this pressure on Irish and British living standards to be eased?

By reducing social overheads,the opposite of Thatcher's reckless and dangerous inflationary policies of closing real industries and fuelling money into property speculation. Thatcher's policies were an attack, indeed a series of attacks,on the real economy. Hers was trickle-down economics which was aimed at depressing real wages and increasing the sum of private capital,a dog chasing its own tail.

How to address the world crisis brought on by war,the entirely avoidable crisis which is aimed at strangling the Russian economy?

1. Rent controls on private tenancies and an enormous plan of public housing building,

2. Increase universally the share of national wealth apportioned to wages through higher corporate taxation and income increases,

3. Stiff higher income taxes. No-one to earn four times more than anyone else (apart that is for specialists where greater differentials are democratically debated and agreed upon),

4. International agreements on corporate taxation so that no country enjoys an advantage,

5. Poorer countries to be allowed to put up tariff barriers while poorer countries enjoy unhindered access to other richer countries markets,

6. Respect for indigenous cultures,values and inherited ways of life.

Sean L and his Sinn Fein henchmen have done nothing for anybody for years apart from accompany them to a public house. His politics are not social realist policies or comradely behaviour but the Old German stab in the back,informing, intimidation and borderline harassment.

Sinn Fein is a clique,not a democratic organisation for the most part based in public houses and sports clubs and drinking dens.

The degradation of Irish innovators and the theft of intellectual property (25.8.2014)

Two inter-related phenomena which originate in the US and Britain plague the modern working class and the gifted children of the master-craftsmen.

Under Thatcher,much earlier in the US and Italy, arose the phenomenon of keeping workers living on their nerves and restricting and destroying workers organisations. 

This is a neo-fascist, riparian cult which was enshrined in the doctrines of the European Union and World Trade Organisation. It was based on the mistaken belief that a New Paradigm (Clinton) would be achieved by the West. Its latter-day architect in Ireland, Clinton, brutally suppressed the poor in his own country. He exported industry to avoid the problems of the social and economic exhaustion of his own country. Those problems of chaos in social relations and industrial exhaustion were due to generations of super-exploitation. His aim was to exploit the fresh youth and naive workforces of other countries.

American renewal?

The answer for the US to its relative decline and industrial exhaustion is the eight-hour day, fair remuneration for work performed and the rebirth of workers’ associations in the world’s largest economy.

In Britain, the British Prime Minister and neo-liberal,Thatcher,denied in 1989 that she had ever been a monetarist. She was, au contraire, directly responsible for restrictions on the supply of money along with Keith Joseph in May 1980. She lied flagrantly and abundantly and was not in full control of her senses.

The South?

I am a great believer in throwing money at problems but not in an over-arching fashion.

The Southern economic crisis originated solely in breaches of the duty of financial probity and fair taxation. It has become abundantly clear that the money borrowed during the economic crisis of 2008-2012 was squandered . The resulting debt is, in fact, a mortgage exacted on the Irish for the bankrupt , contraceptive Germans.

Intellectual property theft from the gifted  children of the working poor is now a permanent feature of dying societies and probably originates in the Venetian republic, five or six centuries ago.

Principal and agency?

The manipulation of potentates or intellectuals as future principals in the universities and communities is now the mainstay of Western intellectual life. 

Why, they say, should The Stupid Paddies be given credit as the progenitors of the internet and social media or lean-burn economics or mobile phones or File-Format-Edit or the 'salamander'  (a"dog chasing its own tail") as the Webnet (later "Internet")" booted up" ? File-Format-Edit is the form,the basis,of both human and artificial intelligence, something which I discovered or ,more likely, rediscovered. Similarly,other technical delights such as the use of 'icons' as an IT access tool. The ideas were stolen,those techniques and many others by people with good  Anglo-Saxon and German names like Bernaers-Lee and Stiglitz.

 If they that pair,Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, and others were so inventive , why did the business cartels and criminal syndicates which they represent patent the inventions.of myself and others?

A question.

Is the old world passing away and another century beginning which is based on thrift, hard work, fairness, decency, generosity and the development of poor countries?

 Hopefully.

 It is not too late for the US to save the day if their politicians commit themselves to a rapid population expansion, re-industrialisation and Plain Dealing.

Strict discipline in the Irish Church’s social action (2/2013)

The ugly face of liberalism has declaimed the Church as child molesters and thugs who operated laundries and industrial schools. An attempt is being made by the Irish Labour Party in the South of Ireland to drive the Church out of education which would be gravely detrimental to the education of workers'  children and the general quality of education.

Let us be clear.

The Church afforded sanctuary,comfort and solace to orphans and abandoned mothers in the Magdalene Laundries which where operated until 1992 in the South. 

Abuse has been greatly exaggerated.

In the era before social security payments became a legal right, strict discipline was required to prepare young Irish boys for a life as migrant labourers and tradesmen in England, Scotland, Australia and America.A ferocious religious and racist bias was directed at the Irish Catholics because of their religion and nationality in all these jurisdictions.

It would seem that the Christian Brothers and religious supervisors were often brutal but this was no less than the brutal, demented employers on whom their charges would be placed in a place of servitude, demanded.

Without a strict preparation for the world of work, Irish orphans would not have survived.

The Irish emigrants' world of the 1930’s, 1940’s and 1950’s is not to be judged by contemporary standards. Ireland was wretchedly poor and its emigrants unwanted.

You won’t hear that on the BBC or RTE or other schmaltzy radio or TV news broadcasts or from a shoneen politician such as Mary Harney, Hugh Coveney, Leo Varadkar, Mervyn Taylor or Alan Shatter.

The motto of all right-thinking people in those situations? Spare the rod and spoil the child!

Two Dublin plagiarists (2011)

 

In 1990 to 1991I endured  five months of sleep deprivation and sensory deprivation by the authorities in Dublin. Beforehand I prepared the drafts of two books,one being Revolution in Ireland 1913-1923 and another being A History of the Irish Labour Party up to 1943. In the 1990s Kostick and Allen rewrote both of these books on the basis of stolen drafts on behalf of the Socialist Workers Party. These books were published by Pluto Press and Manchester University Press. I did not give permission for my work to be stolen.

 

In the early 1990s it was a familiar sight for me to see on South Great Georges Street in Dublin the "street scenes" arranged by the Socialist Workers Party as garda adjutants.

 I lived in dire poverty in Dublin and devoted my time in that city to the study of political economy and Irish history. I circularised over a hundred trade unionists,tenants groups,residents groups, community groups and unemployed groups with articles and schema. One of those, the Programme of Irish Socialists, later became the National Development Plan.

 I was not paid for my creative literary endeavours.

 

I was later expelled from my humble abode by George Redmond, Dublin City Manager. He obviously came into the possession of the drafts of my planned books.

My plans for a book on revolutionary politics in the early part of the 20^th century were fully mapped out with references based on careful study in the National Library. 

My draft for a book on the Irish Labour Party and the influence of Jim Larkin were also carefully annotated. 

In my opinion, Kostick stole much of the prepared script but failed to add any colour or descriptive prose. 

Allen’s book lacked shape after the period of 1943 at which point I was forced to break off my studies.

Both are nonentities and thieves of my carefully worked out drafts!

The nature of left ginger groups and the Irish Labour Party has been reduced to a carefully-choreographed 'Ivana' set of clothes horses,ships in the night.

The PBP group is one such ginger group with no substance. It will eventually be shot with its own dung as will the Socialist Party and Militant Left. Ginger groups are quickly taken over by police and military interests. Such groups exist only in still life devoid of connection to real people. They are full of pontificating bores and ballot-stuffers such as Blackwood. Blackguards such as Mc Dowell deny party members a ballot. They are no different. The Irish Labour Party is a ginger group today. Ginger groups take their cue from gangsters in tiny secretive organisations such as the Irish Secret Service, 'professional' women,careerists and the idiot  living in a £16 million pounds stack of dried-out bricks on Dun Laoghaire Pier.

Those people leave behind them only used condoms and plagiarised literature. Like all Garda,political and business exploiters and pedantic nuisances,they have been entrapped in police set-ups.

Marxism and its concomitant, fascism, are on the rise again. A new scourge is sweeping Europe. 

These people’s attitude is anti life. 

They are humanists without humanity.( I must confess to a personal interest since I counted myself amongst their number for ten years).

Firstly, my mea culpa. As a delegate to the 1995 Socialist Workers Party conference I advocated a written programme including contraception, abortion and divorce. I hoped that such a ‘bold’ initiative would win support from the female core of the group for nationalized properly. 

 Thankfully, no such manifesto was adopted.

 Later, the General Secretary of the SWP, Brid Smith, solicited a donation for an abortion for a Donegal woman.

 No money was advanced or support given.

 Today the United Left Alliance is calling for abortion on demand and an end to the Dail prayer. 

This female hen party advocates the ending of the broadcast of Mass in Catholic hospitals. 

Catholicism has been historically discriminated against and Catholics were reduced to “hewers of wood and drawers of water” by atheists and bigots. Such agitation ignores the facts that the Catholic Church solicitted donations for church schools and hospitals on a purely voluntary basis. Smith's agitation wants statues and crucifixes removed from schools. Chaplaincy services to hospitals and schools have also been attacked by these Trotskyites. The contraceptive mentality prevails. Their fruit is how they are known. They produce dysfunctional families.

Socialist unity. In late 2002 I broached the idea of a Socialist Alliance between the Socialist Party and the Socialist Workers Party in writing. 

Some time later the idea was taken up by both parties to maximise media impact. Five representatives were elected to the Dail on this ticket.

Behind the rhetoric

Behind the display of charm and empathy, the tactics of side lining, conspiracy, discrediting and slander pervade both Sinn Fein and the ULA . Ideas are stolen to be fleshed out into books and election manifestos by those driven towards their personal prestige, power, and revenues.

“What’s yours is mine, and what’s mine's me own” . 

Along with these traits goes suppression of dissent and censorship by National Executives.

Bankruptcy economics. 

In total, the mantra of not paying debts and not making ends meet would lead to bankruptcy.

Trade unionism,does it lead to revolution?

Trade unionism does not, it must be said emphatically, lead to Marxist dictatorships of the proletariat. Trade unionism enhances predictability in social outcomes. A trade union leader sifts out agitators who object to market and social stability. 

Trade unionism is about fair remuneration for work preformed. The industrious worker should not be confined like a battery hen in concrete high rises, suffer inferior education and be denied the right to better himself and his children.

Responsible governance

When the Marxist schema for turning trade unionists into fighting class warriors is discounted, the listener is left with an attack on political stability and the chaos theory.

Lenin was in 1918 to 1919 in the Soviet Union forced to fall back on experienced officers and skilled engineers. The Bolsheviks awarded the latter unprecedented privileges to keep society from disintegrating.

The revolution in permanence

Ignore them and go down to the Sinn Fein offices to welcome Sean Lynch home. He learned a lot in prison. You were one of the few people who stood by him. The rest of the Provos regarded him as if he was dead."
