Real democracy and the labour movement in Northern Ireland. The South and Britain and politicians

Trade unions represent a great social good with little or no protection  from government and precious little support from civil bodies. 

Because of the historic influence of those recalcitrant thugs,Communists in trade unions, there has been much noise but little light shed on the internal workings of trade unions and few are recruited to trade unions in industrial employment.

In Northern Ireland,we are involved in a struggle for mere freedom from arbitrary arrest, psychiatric detention and poisoning but those who can not deal with reality such as escapists-I refer to Sinn Fein and the Stormont clique of senior civil servants and mouthpieces - pontificate about.national independence and social wellbeing. 

In his latter years,the leader of the British left found comfort in this democracy,not socialism,that leader being Tony Benn but that eclectic nerve ruined him and led to his arrest and police-medical imprisonment. (The arrest of Tony Benn proves that there is nothing more certain than right-wingers and their medical agents turning informer under pressure of events. That has been for decades the abiding political crisis for Western democracy engendered by the collapse of Marxist dictatorships in the East).

Money for service to labour and democratic movements?

In a colony such as the North,right-wingers in the  labour movement and their fellow travellers are well known for getting their hands on others' income and chattels to feather their nests in their new places of abode.

.....Most progressive politicians will legislate for labour demands as per prior Westminster legislation and in accordance with the pre-existing local conditions of lower social expectations and higher welfare requirements caused by the Troubles.

Do we now have a public consensus talking down the regional agreements for social equality and legal justice?

Britain does have a lot of whimsies on the left and right of the political spectrum. 

This is everywhere so in Europe since semi-fascist rhetoric emerged into the open in the 1970's.

Labour politics in the age of the internet and social media 

Many influential individuals and those who regulate society from day to day-I refer to the medical police and health bureaucracy -do not accept that democratic criticism improves lives and makes politicians do their jobs. The growing number of public pensioners in Northern Ireland and Britain can not criticise because they do not have the power of class articulation nor any economic clout.

In the 1980's and 1990's, the industrial powerhouse that was Britain was reduced to ruin and desolation by Tory politicians in the pocket of high finance and big monopolies.

 Vehement opposition to trade unions from privately-owned media and financial cartels hoisted rich brats into power. These political parasites were responsible for Britain's failure to advance politically and socially.

The legacy of Thatcher is that enormous wealth rests in a few hands.

In Northern Ireland,the outcome of the GaFA is that we live against a backdrop of industrial decline, social dystopia, police terror and a multi-polar state without one body at the helm of government.

 In Northern Ireland for the period from the Good Friday Agreement to the present, the matter of criticism of doctors,those trusty knaves and accomplices of the police, generated no meaningful response from the Stormont Assembly.

What should the world make in these difficult times of the labelling of a generation as mentally ill at the behest of partitionist, reactionary and nationalist politicians?

Progress for 790 000 is bought at the cost of the rights of 382 000 so we can only blame the Stormont camarilla.

The labour influence in the other part of Ireland 

In the South,big money political interests legislate only reluctantly when confronted by the labour movement. They have to be confronted with the ultimate  threat of a general strike or generalised labour discord. Only the ICTU is able to gain concessions for the low paid and marginalised. Social atrophy and political stasis is down to the influence of the South's neo-colonial politics. Joining them in the party political hullabaloos and pensioner street scenes are decaying elements of  far-right fascism in the police and army.

It is socialists who clear away the wreckage left by Irish and English 'free-market' economics when they are allowed by electorates imprisoned by social media chatter and mass intoxication by sport and poison.

The battle for democracy as it must be fought with the recent past in mind

There would be no need for a change of government anywhere or any democratic upheaval if properly thought-out civil and legal and dispute resolution procedures applied. I refer to political upheavals such as happened in Russia in 1991.

Only a fool would ignore the government use of psychiatric medicine in the control of protest. Soviet psychiatry was a manifestation of a deep moral malaise and an enduring crisis of political authority.

Blair undermined the Bill of Rights 1689 with a series of repressive laws while conducting  wars of international aggression and plunder. The Bill of Rights 1689 is and was widely accepted as the basis of all law-governed societies in the West.

Reform,the health issue and society,the police-medical nexus

The sturdy representatives of the state manifest constantly their claims for bounty money in the form of percentage-linked, harmonised salary increases for both themselves and doctors while Labour and Tories play silly games with people's lives.

 Who will be the cock-of-the-walk in gross income terms after the current round of bottom-up industrial unrest subsides?

Cock-of-the-walk will be doctors and state employees at the HIGHER level in Northern Ireland.

They already have incomes well in excess of their needs AND they are receiving them from the British Government. 

Make no mistake about the greed of our middle classes, working men and women of the British Isles and in particular of the North of Ireland. State employees who cry 'wolf' too often such as NHS doctors,teachers and well-paid civil servants are sadly missing from what Michelle and Barack Obama could clearly see (and the Catholic Church and the Salvation Army in Ireland and Britain have an overriding imperative to serve). I refer to the benefactors of the poor,the hungry,the foreigner,the stranger, the homeless person, the displaced, the refugee,the asylum seeker, the person "seeking only workmen's wages" and the hungry child.

That is one thing a fat English Tory politician and the rich man have in common, neglect for the poor and down-at-heel and BRAZEN IDOLATRY OF MONEY AND POWER OVER PEOPLE'S LIVES.

The big picture In the West

Apart from Ireland and California which are clearly on  long-term upward swings in terms of technical applications, Europe's and North America's "Glory Days" of capital accumulation are over.

The Stormont Assembly? 

The DUP MLA's are not to be taken seriously as normal rational people and Sinn Fein's politicians  are destined for a relatively short-lived notoriety. 

The great democratic deficit in the North of Ireland is down to the fact that the  spoofer dominates the Northern media and the police force controls political discourse.

The future? The working class? A separate party? 

Marx could see that the workers of the North, South, Britain, France and Germany should have their own political party and the non-craft worker his own union.

 There are democratic socialist parties in Britain, Ireland and in almost every country in the world. However,because of modern education, every sane and grounded person realises that political parties based on the dictatorship of the proletariat are a thing of the past.

An historical illustration of authoritarianism which I found objectionable at the time was the Soviet Union. If Gorbachev had taken the slogan caption of mine "Democratisation"  seriously,he would have, at the earliest political opportunity,called for a multi-party democracy. Between December 1983 and December 1991,if recollection serves me right,he never even once mentioned the subject.

Modern times 

The magnificent 11.5-14% pay award won by refuse and recycling workers and litter-pickers and street cleaners and lower grades of district council workers is a great victory for the 2022 strike movement.

It is the largest victory in many years,37 at my reckoning.

Let us now turn our attention in Fermanagh and Omagh District Council to the depletion of services in our local hospital.

No politician in Northern Ireland,not a single one of them,has a whit of intelligent knowledge or inherited wisdom in their background. None has any tangible or real connection to the Labour movement.We say to these political types who send out morons in football supporter clubs to harass critics and normal people, "Wise up!" Street-combers have their order of appearance in sequence,form and manner,most of them no better than walking dungheaps.

Their politics are the politics of  Moriarty ("Parnell",Collected Poems, William Butler Yeats, Everyman's Library) and the views expressed are characterised by James Joyce in "The Dead" (Short Stories).

The Southern Army and its political interventions.Nos

Silly Free State "tradition" is based on agrarian socialism,a web of illusion put up by small farmers and farmers' spokesmen.

 A hoax,a delusion,therefore!

As The British Army in Northern Ireland Volumes 1-3 puts it,"The Irish country people are long on talk and short on information."

Irish city people used to see in Irish country people comrades in the fight for jobs and higher wages. The worldly wise journalist and advocate sees country people's socialism as no more than stubbornness and truculence. The Irish countryman sees in the town dweller a fanatic out to cheat him. His simple notions and transparent deceptions must be met with scorn and contempt. 

 The countryman's reactionary nature is down to a mind full of precipitate nonsense, real-life games of violence and thuggery and conservative mischief.

Why,so?

 Because the country person is a 'cute hoor' who pushes someone from the town into the frontline to take the bullet for him. Those who mix with idiots become like them.

That explains a lot of the tomfoolery elucidated and dramatised in my soliloquoy in July-August 1988 in Rathmines,Dublin,a 'drama' with profound and far-reaching consequences for the Eastern Socialists.

The source of his clowning with employers and farmers was his lack of real economic insights and of basic intelligence. Ahern presented his crookery with Manchester building firms as help for unemployed emigrants and increasing the Irish Government's influence abroad.

The spaltum created by Leninism between the trade union struggle and the political struggle (Two Tactics of Social Democracy, 1902-3) is dated. Unions are often struggling with falling membership, ageing members and real apathy. 

Politics? 

Today,in many instances in Northern Ireland, people aim to turn to the alternative of going to law.

Other people turn to that fickle type of friend,a politician,for support and mediation because the courts are closed to the majority. 

Why are courts the prerogative of the rich?

 Even with Legal Aid,few can negotiate the perils of the judiciary and the legal profession.

These days,some politicians thrive on a background of no labour organisation having the power or determination to bring them to account. The trade union official is in an ambiguous relation with the politician (Lenin,Left Wing Socialism,an Infantile Disorder,1919). 

However,in the North of Ireland,these days, politicians can do more to help individuals than trade unions but they can only do so because they mediate social differences. Sooner or later, every politician will spurn his or her constituent and ask him or her to go away because at the end of the day none,NONE,are true socialists or working class representatives.

Labour is better for jobs and housing, industrial employment and public housing, certainly not private housing.

Take for instance the period of reflation after the labour troubles and strikes of the years 1978-79.

In Northern Ireland industrial employment rose from 210 000(1979) to 230 000 (1981).

Then the wreckers moved in with the demolition ball to destroy our industrial heritage. Because of the reactionary influence of an over-weened police force and a cowboy in the White House the real economy of the West entered a terminal decline.

That decline in Northern Ireland has led to endemic, unreported crime,the triumph of the idler and the waster and the exaltation of the showbiz celebrity and spiv.

A waged worker does not have security of employment. That fact marks the origin of trade unionism (and craft hostility to general workers and the unemployed worker).

The government employee has no need of trade unions and should not be in one because he usually has more than adequate means of economic support. In addition ,he enjoys political solidarity in the form of employer arbitration,civil society support and legal protection.

The craft worker and general worker only unite against government employee when circumstances are pressing and urgent. Those circumstances embrace minimal remuneration to keep living standards up and maintain safe working arrangements and adequate provision for sick leave, unemployment and leisure.

A Labour fool such as Brendan Howlin or Ernest Blythe talks and acts in the manner of the country squire by cutting wages,living standards and social standards. The trimmer is never welcome in labour circles and his nemesis is the general strike when trade unions break free from the halter of a runaway coach. That is symptomatic of a political collapse. 

Eventually nationalist whimsies whether they be from Fine Gael or Fianna Fail or Sinn Fein or country wiseacres prevail and society goes back in time about twenty or thirty years.

The lessons of the past are clear.

Irish Labour Party heads always desert and betray trade unionists and the poor. They clear a path for quack remedy salesmen such as Sinn Fein and independents as they describe themselves. In the latter instance,I refer to Danny Healy-Rae,the Kerry landlord.

While there may be very little that can be said in favour of Fianna Fail, under Ahern it led a democratic revolution which laid bare the timbers of the sinking ship of cronyism and nationalism and corruption so beloved of the Catholic Church and GAA. However, those who lament the passing of the age of Lynch, Haughey and Reynolds also lament the passing of the age of terrorism, unrest and emigration and they generally did not favour the economic rebirth of our country.

It  has been led by Fianna Fail,solely and alone with only the occasional prod from others.

Fianna Fail is getting on its feet again after a difficult hiatus .

Even Sinn Fein has become a democratic party and the nationalist element of all parties is in retreat. A country rescued from the scrapheap is set on the path of open government and strict accountability.

That,my good sirs,is a DEMOCRATIC revolution. Not a workers republic but the patient's condition is improving and he is out of a coma (or 'bind').

Peace-building

While honest if loud argument is preferable to the endless verbiage of the bourgeois press and media particularly of middle class dilettantes at the BBC,the third way and the alternative to this peculiarly Irish form of  political clamour and British type of rabble-rousing is sane dialogue between opposing political parties,those being opposing factions within nations and countries at loggerheads.

Trade and peace-building 

What the world's countries are at times getting from the US President is upper class rhetoric aiming at gaining preference for American wares and boosts to the Western domination of poor countries.

James Josie Lynch wasn't the only one of them to not pay for work I did for him. An educated man soon gets tired of their old nonsense and hawking and trucking with old rubbish. The Provos learned a lot of their old tricks from the British Army. They were all in it or had some connection to it. The English always come out on top in the end over Free State farmers like them. They're only cowards at the back of all their big talk. When you see them anywhere when they're in employment,they try to get others to do their job for them. John West is typical of the rest of them. He wouldn't work in a fit, neither him nor his brother nor the rest of them."

It is ONLY THE SOLDIER and WORKER who understands a poor man and a waged worker and only a trade union official who accepts the bona fides of a salaried worker and well-paid public service officer. Only a well-informed judge or socially-minded  clergyman can mediate between workers and employers in intractable labour disputes.

The bigger picture in Britain. The Trades Union Congress

 Some blue-collar workers say that salaried public employees and health staff should never have been allowed into the Trades Union Congress. The result,they claim,is the marginalisation of the blue collar worker and watered-down political and social endeavours of the TUC.

Labour and Capital?

 Today,this is a political struggle between waged worker and public servant and higher-up civil servant and well-paid medical consultant.

The self-employed?

Self-employed workers have no opportunity to bargain collectively, create any real social impression or make an impact apart from at political election times when they are amongst the most vociferous of those calling for lower taxes and higher thresholds for social relief.

The phenomenon of falling living  standards and declining economic outcomes?

Social facts are something Labour and Tories know very well. In the 1980's Tory governments and employers tried to not just accelerate capital accumulation but to deskill and reduce the wage-employed to performance-related pay,self-employment and short-time working.

The international dimension

Super-exploitation of the native and foreign workers creates the conditions for absolute  impoverishment, renewed world conflict and open superpower rivalry. The super-exploitation of poor countries is part of the colonial legacy. It is also part of the outworkings of the internal polarisation and industrial decay created by changing economic factors and trade winds. The features of falling living standards were aggravated by Thatcher,Reagan and others.

Continental socialism vs. that old bed-bug of Marx, German university chair socialism  (Kathedersozialismus)

Continental socialism is not very relevant to England because many well-trained and knowledgeable academic, judicial and political luminaries have been student journalists, jurists or barristers without a brief and know only too well the foibles of the 'Frenchies'.

 In the early stages of their working lives and professional careers,those sorts of person had to accept low pay and long hours slaving over a hot computer until internet traffic reached critical mass and the interface closed down. They soon lost their love for the adoption of Marxist sociology. That put any notion of the future Labour types following the Continental path to socialism out of their heads.

American politics. The US role in super- exploitation

The US is an imperialist state,the behemoth of world exploitation and crafted imperialist designs. Workers are left with almost no protection  outside the trade unions and Democratic Party. US politicians and generals are the main obstacle to world socialism. US politics is founded on weak social conceptualisation and its politicians embrace the political abandonment of the sick and poor. Cultural phenomena spur the US to moral abandonment and reckless endangerment of its own citizenry. Imperialist wars and counter-insurgency campaigns lead to acts of random violence at home and wars of aggression and mass murder abroad. These actions are indicative of a morally-endangered and violent society. They are partly aggravated by industrial decline.

And,there are signs,everywhere,of industrial societies,modern  countries and advanced states slipping into a deathly silence about the slow passing away of ordered charity in the West.

The NHS and the state socialist designs crafted by British university heads?

Utter nonsense with a resonance for quasi-autonomous government organisations alone.

I refer primarily to the NHS. 

Public health inside Britain?

No symmetry,no matching options,only grand designs crafted for non-entities in political middle management, being the work of fickle social engineers and economic designers who never go on strike or join a political party or a trade union.

The gist of my message about revolutionary change in Britain?

Left-wing partisans in fringe journalism harp on about things they don't understand such as the cash demands of our medical dictatorship. They are not truly cognisant of  the real workings of modern, post-Fall society or of the proper functioning of state health and business concerns. They fail to see in the latter  the whimsies of the rich and powerful.

Continental socialism in the Soviet Union (1917-1918) before central planning

Lenin realised the shortcomings of industrial  trusts,entirely publicly-owned, whose formulations German doctrinaires had created in the 1880's. After 1919 and more so in the 1930's,others puzzled over the attempt to outpace the Soviets by firstly their American and then their Nazi counterpose.

But to wrap up with some practical advice for working people not familiar with British and Continental political history,I say,openly and publicly as someone who worked in the land of state intervention,Germany.

Langsam,aber sicher. Arbeiter,wehrt euch gegen schlechte Handlung. Mach mit die Gewerkschaften! 

Slow,but sure! Workers,protect yourself against bad treatment and pay no heed to idle mouthpieces. Join a trade union or,better still,the British or Irish Labour Party and Keep Left!

The question of terrorism

It is easy for me to mock,never having had to stand for elective office in any organisation other than one which has now dissolved itself in keeping with its own rules and procedures.

The path taken by my ageing generation was a path to ruin being pursued today in Sudan and elsewhere,one of left-wing extremism.

Left-wing extremism? Ireland,I hear you ask?

Yes,the Provos were that most radical of types,left nationalists. They behaved then as they behave now by calling for open-ended welfare payments and low taxes on small business and property tax exemptions. They have no grasp of financial probity or wider fiscal reality.

The use of violence is one thing no true Continental socialist can be accused of not having a ready answer to. He answers in the negative,firmly against.

Apart from the occasional priest who you meet once in a blue moon,you will never find anyone in public Establishment circles who included the actions of the IRA in the framework of a just war.

The sooner the Irish people part with illusions as I had to in 1989,the sooner they will be free of ubiquitous nationalist verse and song bowdlerised from the Scots and French by people such as myself (The 'play', July-August 1988,Dublin). The sooner they will throw of the language of cultural nationalism (and special interest pleading) which ennervates and bedevils this island nation of ours in equal measure.

No to national exclusiveness! No to terrorism! No to cultural autonomy for special interest groups!

Continental socialism was shot down at the TUC Annual Conference in 1882 (see Introduction to the Communist Manifesto).

In Russia, Marx and Engels saw hope in the agricultural commune as a future model for socialism (the kolkhoz) (Introduction to the Communist Manifesto).

In Britain the social gains have all been made by the Labour Party which expelled the Communists in 1925. That occurred after the publication of the Zinoviev Letter. The Zinoviev  Letter fracas was a secret police hoax.

In Ireland socialism is modelled on syndicalism. Trade unions and the Labour Party led some of the process of social amelioration and labour regulation. The Church looked on from the sidelines aghast at any talk of society and class and abandoned all contact with its own pet croney concerns after the 1970's . That occurrence was due to failing interest in Christian worship.Those matters which it referred to in its schools as Civics or The National Issue.

 Due to its grip on the education system,the Church prevailed on the poor farmers and Sinn Fein's urban followers to vote against anything socialist. Its leading supporters became the public representatives of Fianna Fail and Fine Gael. Those parties successfully agitated to their own followers and urban workers to make Fianna Fail the champion of public services such as health,housing and a fairer division of social wealth and Fine Gael the shouters for the law and order brigade.

British Judaism or Reaction is not a proper foundation for the running or executive management of any country or trade union. It leads to nationalist socialist revanchism and sitting-it-out when action is required and key initiatives are being debated.

Hysteria. Thatcher-the Ruin of Britain. Barbarism

Like many others in my situation,as a student in 1981-82 living in University Avenue in Belfast,I  experienced the unsanitary and dangerous buildings being used to house students.

Yet again,in 1983-4 after a year's absence from my studies due to the witless activities of Brice Dickson of MI 5 and Christy Patton of MI 6, the inhuman and degrading treatment of students by private landlords in gerry-built housing in Agincourt Avenue had to be endured.

Many of those student dwellings were tenanted by the so-called Student Accommodation Service at Queen's and were unfit for human habitation. Many of the ultimate beneficiaries of Belfast Rachmannism were police landlords and hung-his-mother-type small businessmen. They were in truth only rent-collectors for the wealthy parasites in hock to the City of London. (Every form of society throws up its fair measure of parasites not all of them Tories. Some of them are dyed-in-the-wool Labour types on small pensions but with a 'DLA car' so that they can meet their police contact man).

Parasitism found its full expression in Thatcher,a madman called Norman Tebbit and a silly old fool in Washington who claimed some ancestral affinity to Ireland.

All those persons stripped their country bare of what they called "real jobs". They began the process of mass social degradation, bogus self-employment,safety standards deregulation, abolition of basic labour standards,monetary policy madness, agency working,job insecurity, financial parasitism, economic immiserisation, robbing Peter to pay Paul, deindustrialization and deskilling on behalf their puppet-masters in California and London.

Their legacy is a society,two societies in fact,gan faic gan fiud (without economic substance as surplus exporter or real hope). Let anyone contradict these facts at their peril.

The only outcome of Thatcherism was make-believe 'work' in insurance firms, banks, shopping centres,transport,the arms industry and the shadow economy. One of those coupon clipping exercises in mass titillation,gambling, is a shadow business for wayward individuals intent on aping the behaviour of the rich.

 In 1987-88, hyperinflation set in. Mass speculation on property was  punished by the money sector. Britain's currency was reduced to junk status. 

The outcome?

In 1992,the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Norman Lamont,accepted that the UK could not compete in the world market by taking Britain out of the Exchange Rate Mechanism.  (The ERM was intended to secure cheap credits for industry). Britain's government decided that that country must rely on monetary 'spin' and imperialist barbarism to stay financially afloat. 

The 'copycats'? Germany?

Distraught women such as Michelle Gildernew and Michelle O Neill become hysterical and unbalanced when they think that they have the ear of their main opponent or electoral cannon-fodder.

This facet of feminism is the leading cause of female nervous breakdown, catered for in Aspen,Colorado by doctors such as Day-Cody. In the case of Belfast Walter Mitty -types who have killed someone,I am referring to Adams,by clinics in New York and in Michelle Gildernew 's case of alcoholism,by St. John of God's in Dublin. 

The problem with women who think they're as good as any man does not merit serious analysis. Its origin is self-explanatory, moral infidelity to a set of beliefs or family associations. (Arlene Foster can not be found guilty on that count since she was born with great self-possession and over-riding ambition). Neither Gildernew nor Thatcher saw fit to speak to anyone who understood their problem,moral conceit and sensual complexity until  recourse to medical assistance or spiritual help was too late.

Thatcherites believed in double taxation. She hated reciprocity and understood that phenomenon to mean derogation from treaty obligations. As an abandoned wife would retaliate for a "cheating husband",she viewed the subtleties and complexities of international law and European Treaty obligations as a marriage contract...

....Tee-hee-hee,as my late brother Dermot used to characterise the Protestant marriage arrangement and something derived from it,the contract of employment.  (That wordy old Labour peer and advocate, Lord Wedderburn, could not see industrial chaos as imminent. Hers was a violent,unstable,intolerant and bellicose attitude. She and her political hangmen demanded total submission.

Thatcherism's internal workings focussed on two things the most important in May 1980 being to control the printing of money to bail Britain out of one of its perennial crises. The banks control the financing of debt by releasing money to debt this influencing the setting of interest rates at the Bank of England.

The second trick she devised was to get a businessman to close down the nationalised monopolies and sell off what remained of their fixed capital and labour assets.

In the first case she stopped the Jews flooding the market at home with Treasury money while sending their own money abroad to avoid high interest rates on lending and in the second she set Johnson against the domestic capital markets in the real economy.

What did it amount to?

Playing both ends off against the other.

The Good Friday Agreement,all sane people say,is the outcome of fascist and imperialist revanchism.

Their countries are not known as Scandinavia at all,they are Baltic states,United in poverty and influence. Pay no heed to British-Irish state media raimeis.

Behind the journalists stand the orchestrators of this raimeis, the big-salary media executives and well-heeled editors, those who shout loudest for war at the rostrum in times of international crisis and disagreements between nations and peoples. News editors guidelines and orders to suppress independent and social media and to censor information come from government bodies. Amongst these,we count wee dafties and whoremongers and private charity experts such as Alasdair Campbell, Jonathan Powell, Anthony Blair and police spooks.

This individual is the loquacious Free State a..ehole who suggested bringing in Latvian teachers to undermine teachers organisations and paying them Latvian rates of pay in his custom-made Banana Republic down South.

What sort of Irish unity is his idyll to be? 

The interests of farmer and townsman, tradesman and labourer, shopkeeper and customer,rich factory owner or landlord and worker and tenant cannot be united or truly reconciled in any sort of meaningful harmony. That is REALITY.

 His is the nationalist hashing of Dublin 4-types,Gardai,Irish Army sergeants, street-crawlers, the declassed Sinn Fein canaille, the farmers and those hardy annuals affiliated to a US-inspired paramilitary group whose apogee of political violence culminated thirty years before its political apogee. 

Mc Williams petite bourgeois scribbling in the Sunday Business Post is leading nowhere other than up a blind alley in terms of political adherence to modern civil and economic norms.

Can Mc Williams not just go away and hide under a large tree and stop mixing with dangerous people who menace and threaten their political opponents?

A police state worked very thoroughly in Russia between 1919 and 1953 but the Soviet economy ran out of road in the 1980's. Reynolds grand initiative to create a low-tax economy in association with Ray Mc Sharry,Bertie Ahern and Charlie Mc Creevy amounted to financial pyramid schemes and a regurgitation of Thatcher's fickle economic certainties (when all three were not cooking the books). Nationalist politics boiled down to a piece of political haberdashery.

A realistic appraisal of economic change 

Ireland's industrial and economic growth was bankrolled not just by German and European Union fiscal support but by US industrial benevolence. That impetus was something bought at the cost of loss of American imperial treasure in blood,capital and technology.

What is to Be Done?

The police cannot be expected to contribute meaningfully to the solution of the problem of the police -doctor terror nexus because they do not have an ounce of kindness -do not fool yourself,members of the public-but respond well to discipline.

We need legislation to restrict the powers of police, doctors and vermin such as social workers.

In the interim,if the police are making a nuisance of themselves as they often do in country areas,respond by writing to the Chief Constable. If they have committed a serious crime of assault or been party to its committal,write to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Where a copper is sitting on a tribunal as secret witness and ex-policemen often do these days,write to the Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission. Do not leave that to your solicitor since he will soon cut himself loose from a journalistic advocate such as a social media critic while indulging himself with meaningless pleasantries unless he is a particularly dedicated 'legal hound' in this age of universal insights and press indifference.

While solicitors may have great mental stamina,in prevalent conditions in Northern Ireland it is often too much to ask of him to put all or,even,a fair proportion of your wrongs too right.

 A trade union can do that much more quickly and promptly to prevent a catastrophe.

The Golden Rule in legal matters is:Ring the phone off the hook if you please because it is down to you,the success of the case. Tell your lawyer every relevant detail,no matter how small.

Income differentials as between the working class and the poor who are sustained by welfare doles have narrowed in those countries whose ruling class Marx agitated against. In those which have not followed his doctrines of social justice,the multi-millionaires pay no more than 25% income tax and flat rate taxation advocates are winning out. In the latter instance,I point to the United States.

Income narrowing between high-paid worker and unemployed and the poor owes nothing to modern trade unions. Those changes are due to political intervention. Trade unions and the trade union bureaucracy are largely irrelevant because of modern approaches to the resolution of social conflicts in society as between wages and welfare rates.

The passage of equal pay legislation and minimum wage acts and the development of social initiatives in Europe have seen off most revolutionary political conflicts between the classes. 

In Germany,first land of state capitalism (and a measure of social insurance) Marxists are viewed as extremists.

Elsewhere income equity is the outcome of democratic socialism at a political level.

While the socialist and socialists of a democratic type regard the clergy of all faiths as irrelevant and as Jesus referred to them,"blind guides",few criticise their traditional support for organised charity. In practice the Catholic Church's preferential option for the poor exists without lowering expectations for the many or reversing social gains for the poor.

A reassurance calmly delivered with great certainty, therefore-British Army and native police have caused unquantifiable suffering and unbearable misery in the North of Ireland since the signing of the Belfast Agreement. We say of that type of police thug that he is a professional meddler. Senior policemen on the verge of being transferred out of a police district because they-there is always a batch of them- have interfered in criminal prosecutions (and it is important to remember that they do so to protect lower-ranking police officers) are fully conscious and active parties before the event to murder(s) for sectarian and political reasons. Beware!."

Many senior detectives are Castle Catholics. They try to project the image that they are more lenient on indigenous offenders. The Sicilian practice of collective silence when challenged is a tried and tested remedy of these policemen and the armed gangs they associate with. These gangsters try to brazen things out before the courts when confronted with evidence of a vendetta against an imaginary,non-existent "terrorist threat".

Succour?

Policemen in the position to alter outcomes in political medicine go against strict NHS guidelines and,sometimes,the spirit of the law but,very rarely,against the letter of the law. Media reports and solicitors' casuistry mislead on this subject.

One overriding fact, however,is clear.Rogue policemen are soon found out by their colleagues and exposed to their superiors and where there is one running sore in a police station,it will very soon become a contagion.

NHS/RUC/PSNI/German Government/Irish  Military Intelligence "medicine" in its political manifestations refuses to accept before the courts one salutary fact -there is no incentive for doctors,to stay within the laws on legal arrest and lawful detention. Nowadays,the doctor's contractual relationship is with the state,not the patient.

The wider repercussions? Going to law and finding funds to go to law? International police cooperation?

Everywhere in the world where a jobseeker or a litigant goes,he is met with a solid wall of police- medical defiance . This is the case even if he has fallen foul of one police worthy. He is barred from taking up offers of employment wherever he goes in its pursuit.

The solution to the mafia practices of Blair and Starmer?

Where there is legal exposure and the resultant negative publicity,police get punished in individual instances. Legal actions should best be directed at those who gamely and cheerfully "take you by the throat to get you to 'spit it out'".

My experience of being hounded out of my occupation by police informers such as Dooley,Mc Cann,O Riordain,Martin and O Murchu?

My six years in a psychiatric hospital can be accounted for by coming before a psychopathic Hindu delinquent called Doctor,I kid you not,Bindal and a coterie of sectarian policemen.

The other side of the coin is the self-styled "security forces".

A thug,hooligan or psychopath,the simpleton not excepted,found a ready welcome in the Royal Ulster Constabulary Reserve and the Ulster Defence Regiment in recent times.

Is it not time for Michelle Gildernew and the Provos to ask the British Government and its  spokesman in Ireland leading questions concerning widespread public antagonism to police, social workers and doctors?

Surely,in a properly-functioning society there would be no such antagonism. 

Is the problem not perhaps the Orange State and sectarian leftovers from a society which never delivered.on its promises of freedom and democracy?

My contention is that the day of reckoning with pro-British medical placemen and the police hierarchy can not be much longer delayed. 

Let us have a political revolution of sorts to establish basic human rights.(Only thereafter should we examine our government structures with a view to a closer scrutiny of equitable relations in society). Link root-and-branch reform of the state with an impartial process of political balances and legal initiatives. The poor we may always have with us but, perhaps, we can establish a better standard in human rights,disband the RUC/PSNI/NHS and arrest the ringleaders of this organised and propagating mafia.

Immigration to fill health service positions?A welcome for those fleeing political persecution, Muslims and Africans excepted?

We can only offer temporary shelter to those people. There should be no permanent residency or work rights and,under no circumstances, citizenship status or unhindered entry for relatives of those fleeing persecution and violence. We are only a small country, remember,which does not want the world's problems on our shoulders. We want all foreigners to leave eventually.. You are not content with what we give you,you want what is ours. Skat!

Asylum-seekers must accept that they will have to leave eventually in keeping with our country's laws and traditions. ( The German and British orphans who were brought here by the Catholic Church before their eyes opened, likewise,must depart when they have overstayed their welcome, regardless of their age.We do not want to be a dumping ground for strays or vagrants from Germany and Britain).

If I could offer just one piece of advice to curious bystanders when neighbours are being arrested,it is this,"Stop your slabbering about your neighbours in public houses since you are the cause of their misfortune".

One question for him and for those who aspire to be elected to local and national government: "Why are senior and lower-ranking doctors and policemen not being charged with undermining the rule of law, misconduct in public office, destruction of evidence such as witness statements, obstructing the administration of justice, perverting the course of justice and preventing the prosecution of offenders by means of wilful misconduct?"

 Is it not clear as Jaroslav Hasek wrote of Austria-Hungary that before its collapse, 'it had the most perfectly and best developed set of  laws ever known anywhere' ( The Adventures of the Good Soldier Schweyk, 1919)?

The police and the litigants 

Is it not fair to say that police activities which are directed at litigants suing them for illegal arrest and unlawful imprisonment constitute concerted attempts to pervert the course of justice?

In summa...

All sane people in Northern Ireland say,"Disband the PSNI and wrap up the iniquitous arrangements such as medical policing wherever we find those murderous dogs and wild animals". 

Most indigenous people in Northern Irish society live without a meaningful occupation because of PSNI/ NHS/ MI 5 measures and employment restrictions. 

A free press to counteract police criminality?

Police restrictions are endorsed by broadcasters such as the BBC and RTE. Is it not now the case that wrapping up the GFA policing arrangements to create a more lawful police force and properly-run civil society is possible if we first deport foreigners such as Indian and German medical fraudsters?

Disbandment of the PSNI? Wrapping up coercive medicine paid for from taxation?

Until we open labour camps to house the police and their bedfellows, criminals and Indian and German medical assholes,we cannot achieve any worthwhile social goal.
