Republicanism and socialism 2. Working class democracy?

 Republicanism was conceived to uplift the middle classes and traders to offices of state,in Ireland it is the last refuge of the scoundrel and gallowglass. The links to MI 5 and the British Army and RUC/PSNI are open and concealed in the lawless land of the North of Ireland.

Republicanism,therefore is orientated wherever you find it towards the Improvers and nouveau riches whereas socialism in its preternatural form and content is orientated towards the workers,poor people and those who are marginalised.

But why republicanism in Northern Ireland as distinct from the classic English and French republicans (or Liberals) referred to above? Why do the claims of Irish Republicans have such mass and well-grounded appeal?

The Republicans stood up for the poor while throwing the lumpen proletariat into the fray on their behalf....

And,apart from that obvious fact.....

There is no working class in Northern Ireland hence the rise of parties of the unemployed and welfare recipients.

From 210 000 (1979) to 230 000 (1981) to 27 000 involved in manufacturing and transport in Northern Ireland presently....

That is why the lunatics who were once arrested for fighting outside public houses, dancehalls and places of entertainment have taken over the asylum.....

I do not want politicians who talk for drunks,drug addicts and layabouts on the radio spouting about wider scale welfare entitlement and universal entitlement to social security....

If you do not work or have not worked or pursued a meaningful occupation,then you should not receive support from the state unless you are a child,orphan or asylum seeker....

People who stand around street corners brandishing knuckledusters and clubs should be sent to labour camps. If they are juveniles they should be sent to reform schools or borstals....

I say,less of the dummy tit and more of the rod on the back....

In El Salvador the activities of the FMLN who called a halt to their activities six years before their Irish equivalents left a legacy of four thousand murders a year and competing gangs of narco-traffickers....

The same development in our society may be kept in control for the present by vigilantees acting in consort with the police but at the end of the day,the police are not the appropriate people to deal with death rages. It is only an army that is trained to deal with the dangerous class of pusher and gangland murderer....
